Spectacular Chicken Cordon Bleu

There are few things in life you can count on....clearly, this was one of them.  Everything from the homemade bread crumbs (which I could barely keep the kids out of because they were so yummy) all the way to how beautifully the chicken came out, cooked to perfection.  The only negative thing I can say about this chicken was it was a little hard getting the ham roll-up to fit inside the chicken breast.  That, and I forgot to take a picture of it after I cut into it, to show how amazing it looked!  This is definitely a keeper!!
