I was on the phone with my good friend Kathleen and she was going through her magazines. She told me that she may have hoarding tendencies. I laughed because she keeps an impeccable house. Then she sent the picture. Well....it could be much worse. ;)

I noticed in the picture that she had quite a few stacks of food preparing magazines. And I thought about my own stacks of food preparing magazines....Mine are just spread throughout the house (see I told you it could be worse). Distribution and concealment are my forte.

And another...I'll stop here

I told Kathleen that I usually just look at the pictures and I think the food looks gorgeous and VERY involved and probably doesn't taste as good as it looks. But how would I know? I usually just break out my lists of oldies but goodies.

"But what if"...I asked Kathleen, "we take one magazine and make one thing from it at least once a month....take pictures and rate them?"  So, that's exactly what we are doing. Stay tuned......
